supot (sOOpot) - with stress on 1st syllable, means a bag, usually made of plastics
supot (suPOT) - with stress on 2nd syllable, means an uncircumcised individual
The 2nd word is also used colloquially to indicate abruptness or a sense of disappointment due to hyperexpectancy, usually used to describe something overhyped but performs underpar, e.g. firecrackers that one would expect to explode more violently but fails to deliver (either a small pop or a complete dud)
